Meet Kathryn Oti
Kathryn has been a Richmond resident for more than 30 years and has a deep knowledge of the Richmond Real Estate market and its neighborhoods. Her formal training in Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising allow her to create pointed strategies for all her listings. Kathryn earned a Certificate in Historic Preservation and is passionate about Richmond’s old and historic neighborhoods.
During her decades in real estate, Kathryn has owned investment properties, restored historic homes, managed renovation and interior design projects and run a successful real estate staging business. Kathryn’s clients love her energy and enthusiasm….not to mention her tough negotiating skills.
Kathryn is a co-founder of House Story, a monthly architectural and storytelling event, and offers her support to local charities, including Building a Better RPS, Historic Richmond Foundation and Central Virginia Dress for Success. When she’s not sniffing out deals for her clients, she loves spending time with her husband and four children, visiting museums, cooking, enjoying the Richmond music scene and especially flea market treasure hunting.
